Welcome to the RBT Store FAQ page! Here, we’ve compiled answers to some of the most commonly asked questions to help you with your shopping experience.
1. How do I place an order?**

To place an order:
1. Browse our products and add items to your cart.
2. Review your cart and proceed to checkout.
3. Enter your shipping information and choose your preferred shipping method.
4. Provide payment details and confirm your order.
5. You’ll receive an order confirmation email with your order details and a tracking number once it’s processed.

2. What payment methods do you accept?**

We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
- Online Payment Gateways (Paytm, Google Pay, PhonePe)
- Bank Transfers (for large orders upon request)

3. How can I track my order?**

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order status by logging into your RBT Store account.
4. What are your shipping charges?

Shipping charges are as follows:
Standard Shipping:** RS-20/-
Expedited Shipping:** RS-35/-
Overnight Shipping:** RS-60/-

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight of your package, and your location. You will see the total shipping charges during checkout before finalizing your order.
5. Can I change or cancel my order?**

To change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes or cancel it. Contact us at customercare@rbtstore.in or 01169261505 for assistance.

6. What is your return policy?**

- **Return Window:** Items can be returned within 7 days of receipt.
- **Condition:** Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
- **Non-Returnable Items:** Certain items, including perishable goods, are non-returnable.
- **Initiate a Return:** Contact us at customercare@rbtstore.in or 01169261505 to request a return.
- **Return Shipping:** Costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for defective or incorrect items.

7. How do I get a refund?**

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.

8. Do you ship internationally?**

Currently, we only ship to addresses within India. For food products, we specifically deliver to Harishchandrapur.

9. What should I do if my package is damaged or incorrect?**

If your package arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, please contact our customer support team immediately. Provide your order number and details about the issue, and we will assist you in resolving the problem.
